| All orders are shipped via UPS, which is normally the most reliable and least expensive method of shipment. UPS offers ground service, plus next day and second day service in the continental USA. Please make sure we have your correct street address (no P.O. boxes) and zip code to eliminate delays or undeliverable merchandise. Permission must be obtained prior to returning or exchanging merchandise. Please do not order parts that you do not intend to keep. Crossed Up Off-Road charges a 20% restocking fee for all returned orders that were correctly shipped by us. Exchanges or credits will not be allowed later than 30 days after purchase. Installed or modified parts cannot be returned or exchanged. No refunds for shipping costs. There are no exceptions. All parts are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship prior to installation. Any alteration, improper use, or modification will void this warranty. This warranty is extended by Crossed Up Off-Road to the original purchaser. This warranty is effective for 90 days from the date of purchase. Any description of the goods is for sole purpose of identifying them and does not constitute a warranty that the goods will conform to that description. Purchasers and users of our products are responsible for determining the applicability of a product to their specific application. In the event of a defect, malfunction, or failure to conform with this warranty, then Crossed Up Off-Road will repair or replace the goods without charge within 30 days of receipt of goods. If Crossed Up Off-Road is unable to replace and/or repair the goods or, in its sole discretion, determines that neither is commercially practical or cannot be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods, Crossed Up Off-Road will refund the purchase price. The purchaser is responsible for installation and removal of all parts, freight or shipping costs, and incidental or consequential damages. |
